This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, credits, and no-shows are handled for all Tiny Pits and Play services. This includes open play sessions, private parties, rentals, events, and bookings made online or in person.

By booking or using our services, you agree to this policy in full.

3.1 GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

Tiny Pits and Play plans staffing, space, equipment, and scheduling based on confirmed bookings. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Refunds are limited and handled according to:

  • The type of service booked
  • The notice provided
  • Operational and safety considerations

This policy follows common practices within the indoor play, party, and rental industry in Texas.

3.2 OPEN PLAY SESSIONS

3.2.1 CANCELLATIONS

Open play sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with advance notice.

  • Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled session
  • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds
  • Missed sessions are considered no-shows

3.2.2 REFUNDS

  • Open play fees are non-refundable
  • A credit may be issued at management’s discretion for future use

Credits are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and expiration dates.

3.3 PRIVATE PARTIES AND EVENTS

3.3.1 DEPOSITS

Private party bookings typically require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total balance
  • Deposits are forfeited if the event is canceled outside the allowed window

3.3.2 CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENT

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • Refund eligibility depends on notice provided
  • Last-minute cancellations are not refundable

Any remaining balance paid beyond the deposit may be refunded or credited based on timing and circumstances.

3.3.3 RESCHEDULING

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • Only one reschedule may be allowed per booking
  • Pricing may change if rescheduled to a different date or package

3.4 PARTY NO-SHOWS AND LATE ARRIVALS

  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Late arrivals do not extend party time
  • Early departure does not qualify for partial refunds

Tiny Pits and Play schedules events back-to-back and cannot accommodate extensions due to late arrival.

3.5 RENTALS (BALL PITS, BOUNCE HOUSES, SOFT PLAY)

3.5.1 RENTAL DEPOSITS

Rental bookings may require a deposit to reserve equipment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits secure inventory and scheduling

3.5.2 RENTAL CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations must be made before the agreed cutoff time
  • Late cancellations forfeit deposits
  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

3.5.3 WEATHER AND OUTDOOR SETUPS

If rentals are intended for outdoor use:

  • Light rain or weather changes do not guarantee refunds

  • Unsafe conditions may qualify for rescheduling at our discretion

Final decisions are made by Tiny Pits and Play based on safety.

3.6 CLIENT-CAUSED CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations caused by:

  • Illness
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Transportation issues
  • Guest availability
  • Change of plans

We recommend planning carefully before booking.

3.7 CANCELLATIONS BY TINY PITS AND PLAY

In rare cases, Tiny Pits and Play may need to cancel due to:

  • Equipment issues
  • Safety concerns
  • Severe weather
  • Power outages
  • Unforeseen emergencies

If we cancel:

  • A full refund or credit will be offered
  • No additional compensation will be provided

3.8 REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds:

  • Are issued using the original payment method
  • May take 5–10 business days to process
  • Do not include third-party processing fees

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

3.9 CREDITS AND GIFT CARDS

Credits:

  • Are non-transferable
  • May have expiration dates
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

Gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Must be used before expiration

3.10 PARTIAL USE OF SERVICES

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Partial attendance
  • Early departure
  • Reduced guest count
  • Unused time

Once services begin, the booking is considered fulfilled.

3.11 CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Tiny Pits and Play.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Loss of booking privileges
  • Collection actions
  • Additional fees

3.12 POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Any exception to this policy must:

  • Be approved in writing by management
  • Be documented prior to the event or service

Verbal agreements are not valid.

3.13 POLICY UPDATES

Tiny Pits and Play reserves the right to:

  • Update this policy at any time
  • Apply changes to future bookings

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
